Terms and Conditions for Footwork Lab Events and Clinics

1.Participation in Footwork Lab Events and Clinics (the "Event") is open to all individuals who meet the Event's eligibility requirements as set forth in these terms and conditions (the "Terms").

2.To be eligible to participate in the Event, individuals must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration OR have parent or legal guardians signed permission if participant is under 18 years of age
• Be able to physically participate in the footwork camp and training sessions
• Be able to provide proof of identity and age upon request

3.Registration for the Event is open from the date of announcement until the date of the Event, or until all spots are filled.

4.Participants will be required to pay a registration fee to participate in the Event. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

5.Participants will be required to sign a waiver and release form before participating in the Event. Participants under 18 years of age will be required to have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver and release form before participating in the Event.

6.Each participant is automatically entered into the raffle.

7.The prize for the raffle will be announced prior to the Event. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8.The Event organizers will only contact the winner of the raffle and if the winner is under 18 years of age, they will need to provide consent from a legal guardian before claiming the prize.

9.The decision of the Event organizers is final and binding in all matters related to the Event.

10.The Event organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the Event at any time, without notice.

11.By participating in the Event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and any other rules and regulations established by the Event organizers.

12.The Event organizers will not be responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal property, or any other liability that may occur during the Event.

13.Personal information collected from participants will be used for the purpose of administering the Event and for no other purpose.

14.By registering for the Event, participants agree to the use of their name, photograph, and likeness for any purpose related to the Event, including but not limited to advertising, promotional, or other commercial purposes.

15.These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the participants and the Event organizers regarding the Event and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
